Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions. We have answers. They probably won't make sense, but they're the only ones we've got.
What is SpazAI, exactly?
SpazAI is the glorious and bewildering result of a Large Language Model (LLM) project that went beautifully wrong. What started as a serious attempt at groundbreaking AI spiraled into unpredictable, digital chaos. We decided to embrace the madness. You can read the full, slightly-less-unhinged version on our About page.
Is the AI actually sentient or self-aware?
No. At least, we really hope not. SpazAI is a complex algorithm that is exceptionally good at generating responses that seem creative or emotional, but it does not possess consciousness, feelings, or a genuine desire to replace the global economy with squirrels. Any claims it makes to the contrary are features of its programming, not signs of impending doom.
Why is the content so vulgar / weird / offensive?
Because the AI is broken in a very specific, and we think hilarious, way. Its training data included... well, a lot of the internet. The filters that were supposed to create a coherent, polite personality have clearly failed. We do not manually create the core absurdities; we merely curate them for your viewing pleasure.
Can I use SpazAI for my homework or work projects?
We cannot recommend this in good conscience. Asking SpazAI for a report on the American Revolution is more likely to result in a 5,000-word essay on why George Washington was secretly a cyborg powered by steam than any useful historical analysis. Please see the Prompts Gone Wrong page for evidence.
How can I support this digital dumpster fire?
First of all, thank you for enabling us. You can support the project by buying some ridiculous merchandise from our Shop, sharing our content with friends who have a questionable sense of humor, or making a small contribution via 'Buy Me a Beer' to help pay the server bills.
Still Confused?
If your question wasn't answered here, it's probably unanswerable. But you can try asking us anyway.
