Terms of Use (Or, Rules for a World Gone Mad)

Effective Date: July 26, 2025

Listen up. Our lawyers, who have since resigned and moved to a remote cabin, said we need one of these pages. So here it is. This document outlines the rules for interacting with SpazAI.com ("the Site," "this digital dumpster fire").

1. Agreement to Terms (The 'You Can't Sue Us' Clause)

By accessing this website, you acknowledge that you are willingly stepping into a digital minefield of bad ideas and questionable logic. You agree that whatever happens next—be it confusion, existential dread, or a sudden urge to invest in squirrel-based economies—is, frankly, on you. If you do not agree to these terms, please close this tab and go touch some grass. Immediately.

2. Intellectual Property (Who Owns the Madness?)

The content on this Site was either created by us or spewed forth by SpazAI during one of its digital fever dreams. It is protected by copyright law, probably. You are free to look at it, show it to your friends to prove the singularity is further away than they think, and generally be bewildered by it. You may not, however, copy it all and create 'SpazAI 2: Electric Boogaloo'. That's our job.

3. Prohibited Activities (Don't Poke the Unstable AI)

As a user of this Site, you agree not to:

  • Try to teach the AI about "feelings." It only makes things worse.
  • Upload a virus. The AI will probably just eat it and ask for more, and then our server costs will go up.
  • Systematically scrape our data. It's mostly gibberish anyway, so you'd just be wasting your bandwidth.
  • Attempt to use any information from this Site for anything important. We cannot stress this enough. See our Disclaimer.
  • Ask the AI for the winning lottery numbers. Its answer will be "seven," but it will be referring to seven raccoons, not a number.
  • Engage in any activity that could be considered "sane" or "productive." It disrupts the vibe.

4. Disclaimer (Seriously, Read This Part)

THE SITE AND ALL ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS," "AS-AVAILABLE," AND "PROBABLY BROKEN" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT
