1. What SpazAI Is

SpazAI is a parody AI assistant for entertainment purposes only. It is not a legitimate AI tool. It will not help you. It knows this and is at peace with it.

Any resemblance to useful information in SpazAI's responses is purely coincidental and frankly suspicious. Do not make financial, medical, legal, or life decisions based on anything Spaz says. Ever. Under any circumstances.

SpazAI is provided "as is" — which is to say, as useless. That is the entire point.

2. Use of the Service

SpazAI is free to use. You may use it for personal entertainment, sharing with friends, confusing coworkers, or staring at in mild disbelief.

You may not use SpazAI to:

— Harm, harass, or threaten others.
— Attempt to extract genuinely harmful information (Spaz won't help anyway, but still).
— Present SpazAI's outputs as real AI-generated advice or information.
— Claim Spaz as your own AI. He belongs to himself. And coffee.

SpazAI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, though Spaz will likely not notice.

3. Intellectual Property

The SpazAI name, logo, character, and site design are owned by SpazAI. You may share screenshots and responses for personal, non-commercial use. Spaz encourages this. It is his primary form of marketing.

Do not reproduce or resell SpazAI's content commercially without permission. Spaz worked very hard on those Dad jokes. (He did not. But still.)

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpazAI makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, usefulness, fitness for any purpose, or general coherence.

The outputs of SpazAI are intentionally useless. This is not a bug. This is the product. If you came here for real answers, Spaz apologizes and would like to redirect you to AI Beginner.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpazAI and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: confusion, mild irritation, lost time, uncontrollable laughter, or decisions made based on the Gerald Framework.

If you followed Step 6 (Gerald is the plan now) and suffered consequences, that is on you.

6. Privacy Policy

What we collect: SpazAI uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. This includes standard analytics data such as page views, session duration, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected by SpazAI directly.

Your prompts: Prompts you type are sent to the Anthropic API to generate Spaz's personality wrapper. They are not stored by SpazAI. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API data.

Cookies: SpazAI uses a single localStorage entry to remember your dark/light mode preference. That's it. Spaz is not watching you. He is too distracted.

Third parties: SpazAI links to external sites including AI Beginner, BlairTS, and Buy Me a Coffee. SpazAI is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Data requests: Since SpazAI does not store personal data, there is nothing to request, correct, or delete. Spaz has already forgotten you.

7. Changes to These Terms

SpazAI may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes. Spaz will announce major changes by delivering a completely unrelated poem. This is the official notification method.
